Terms of Service

Welcome to Agent Org (“Agent Org,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.agent-org.com (the “Site”) and all services we provide, including curated introductions, opportunity sessions, partner access, referral tracking, the Rewards Program, and all communications facilitated by Agent Org (collectively, the “Services”).

 

By using our Site or Services, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Eligibility

To use Agent Org, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate information

  • Use the Services for lawful business purposes

  • Have legal authority to represent your organization when applicable

 

Agent Org may approve, deny, suspend, or remove any Member or Partner at any time.

 

2. Membership & Participation

Agent Org provides a private business network focused on:

  • Curated introductions

  • Business matching

  • Access to vetted Partners

  • Referral and rewards tracking

  • Facilitated opportunity progression through your assigned Agent Org representative

 

Agent Org does not guarantee results.
You are solely responsible for evaluating opportunities and conducting your own due diligence.

 

We may update or modify any part of the Services at our discretion.

 

3. Partner Network

Partners agree to:

  • Provide truthful and timely opportunity updates

  • Conduct themselves professionally

  • Honor referral integrity

  • Maintain good standing

 

Partners may be removed for misconduct or for harming Member trust.

 

4. Introductions & Business Engagements

Agent Org facilitates introductions only. We are not a party to any agreements formed between Members, Partners, clients, or third parties.

 

Agent Org does not:

  • Guarantee business outcomes

  • Mediate disputes

  • Provide legal or financial advice

  • Validate or endorse Partner performance

 

All engagements and decisions are entirely your responsibility.

 

5. Rewards Program

Members may earn rewards when their introductions lead to closed business.
Rewards:

  • Vary by Partner, business model, and opportunity

  • May be one-time or recurring

  • Require all parties to remain in good standing

  • Require Agent Org to have received full payment from the Partner

  • Only continue while Agent Org is active and operational

 

Channel Requirement (Required for Reward Eligibility)

For any introduction, referral, or opportunity to qualify for rewards:

 

ALL communication, engagement, updates, meetings, opportunity progression, and follow-up must be conducted through Agent Org or an assigned Agent Org representative.

 

Any action taken outside of Agent Org channels cannot be verified and is not eligible for rewards.

 

Unauthorized Outside Engagements (Bypass Clause)

Any Member, Partner, or third party who conducts business, negotiations, agreements, or commercial engagements outside Agent Org channels after Agent Org has made the initial introduction, including but not limited to direct outreach, private conversations, or undisclosed relationships, is in material breach of this Agreement.

 

Such breach results in:

  1. Immediate loss of all reward eligibility

  2. Termination of membership or partnership

  3. Full liability for:

    • All fees Agent Org would have earned

    • All lost economic value

    • All legal fees, attorney fees, court costs, damages, and penalties

    • Any additional remedies permitted under law

 

Agent Org reserves the right to pursue full legal action to recover damages.

 

Right to Modify or Terminate Rewards

Agent Org may modify, adjust, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program—including amounts, percentages, structures, and payout duration—at any time.

 

By participating in the Rewards Program, you acknowledge this before entering the program.

 

6. Conduct Requirements

You agree NOT to:

  • Misrepresent yourself

  • Spam Members or Partners

  • Circumvent Agent Org

  • Share confidential information without permission

  • Engage in unethical or abusive conduct

 

Violations may result in termination.

 

7. Fees & Billing

Where applicable:

  • Fees are disclosed before purchase

  • Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

  • Pricing and billing terms may change

 

8. Intellectual Property

All Site content, branding, processes, documentation, and workflows belong to Agent Org and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

 

9. Third-Party Tools

We use external tools including:

  • Wix

  • HubSpot

  • Apollo

  • Lemlist

  • Google Analytics

  • Mailgun

  • Facebook Pixel

 

Your use of the Services is subject to these providers' terms and privacy policies.

 

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as-is,” without warranties of any kind.

Agent Org does not guarantee:

  • Revenue or financial gain

  • Accuracy of information provided by Members or Partners

  • Performance of any third party

 

11. Limitation of Liability

Agent Org is not liable for:

  • Lost revenue or profits

  • Lost opportunities

  • Business outcomes

  • Conduct of Members or Partners

  • Indirect or consequential damages

 

Maximum liability is limited to amounts paid to Agent Org in the prior 12 months.

 

12. Termination

We may terminate access at any time for:

  • Policy violations

  • Bypass/circumvention

  • Misconduct

  • Loss of good standing

 

You may cancel at any time.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Pennsylvania law.
