Data Processing Addendum

This Data Processing Addendum (DPA) governs the processing of personal data by Agent Org (“Processor”) on behalf of Members and Partners (“Controllers”).
1. Roles

Members/Partners = Controllers

Agent Org = Processor

Tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, Wix, Google Analytics = Sub-Processors
2. Processor Obligations
Agent Org will:

Use Personal Data only as instructed

Secure Personal Data appropriately

Limit access to authorized personnel

Assist Controllers with data rights
-
Notify Controllers of data breaches
3. Sub-Processors
We use:

Wix
-
HubSpot
-
Apollo
-
Lemlist
-
Mailgun
-
Google Analytics
-
Facebook Pixel
All Sub-Processors are contractually required to protect data.
4. Security Measures
Agent Org uses:

HTTPS encryption
-
Access controls
-
Monitoring
-
Audits
-
Backups
5. Breach Notification
We notify Controllers without undue delay if a Personal Data breach occurs.
6. Data Deletion/Return
Data may be deleted or returned upon request unless retention is legally required.
7. Transfers
Data may be processed in the United States or other permitted regions.
8. Governing Law
This DPA is governed by Pennsylvania law.
